Blue Dog Training is an innovative company that has a passion for quality training in the construction industry.

In 2009 Blue Dog Training won a selection of awards, both in Queensland and nationally. In September, Blue Dog Training won the Queensland Training Awards - Private Training Organisation of the Year and then in November, Blue Dog cleaned up at the National Training Awards, winning the Small Training Provider of the Year as well as the Innovative Business Award.

In previous years Blue Dog Training has picked up several other accolades. In 2007 Blue Dog Training won the Queensland Training Awards - Private Training Organisation of the Year. In 2006, Blue Dog Training won the BCITF (Qld) Award for Innovation in Training.

Blue Dog Training has developed a comprehensive apprentice training and tracking system that allows theory to be completed online. There is now no need to send apprentices away for blocks of theory and "simulated" practical exercises.

We believe that training can be better. Training can be done so that it suits the learner, the employer and the industry. It can be done more cost effectively, at a time and place that suits the employer and the learner.
